OAK & NINE
About

Seasoned consultants, impatient with how consulting works.

Oak & Nine is a small, senior team who spent their careers inside other people’s businesses, and built the thing they always wished they could leave behind.

Every engagement began the same way: months spent working out how a business actually ran, because nobody had a picture of it. By the time that picture existed it had cost a fortune, it was a document, and within a quarter it was out of date.

Meanwhile the businesses that needed the clarity most, the ones without a strategy function or a consulting budget, couldn’t justify the fee. So they carried on making good decisions slower, and with less confidence, than they deserved.

We built Oak & Nine so that picture assembles itself from what a business already has, stays current, and belongs to the business rather than to a consultant. We measure ourselves on one thing: whether something in your business actually moved.

The experience behind it

Consultants first, so we ask better questions.

The platform is opinionated because the people behind it have run these functions, not just advised on them. Between us we cover:

Strategy & Operations
Finance
HR & People
Change & Transformation
Technology & Data
How we work

Our Values

01
Judged on results

We start with one function and prove the value there. We measure ourselves on what changed in your business.

02
Your business, your terms

Your data, your agents and your knowledge base belong to you.

03
The same faces after go-live

Your contacts remain the people who built your base and know your operation.

04
Transparency

We call out where the evidence is thin and when the answer may not be the one you wanted.

05
Verified, not inferred

Nothing counts until a person has confirmed it. We hold ourselves to the same standard we built into the product.

Parentage

Oak & Nine is a Park Lane company. Park Lane is the transformation consultancy the platform grew out of, and the team you can bring in alongside it.

Come and test it on your business.

The fastest way to understand it is to point it at something you already know well.
